Project vision
The PARI platform introduces an innovative way to access bonuses, contributions, and incentives quickly and easily, with the aim of ensuring greater inclusivity and equal opportunities for all. PARI redesigns the current system for managing and delivering welfare initiatives, ensuring public administrations, citizens, and merchants easy and standardized access to initiatives. Integrated with the IO app, which serves as a mobile front end for accessing welfare programs directly from a smartphone, the platform enables entities and institutions to offer citizens value-added services linked to the purchase of goods or services, leveraging the system’s ability to verify individual users’ eligibility for benefits in real time.
Advantages

FOR CITIZENS
Thanks to PARI, the user experience is standardized and consistent for both providers and beneficiaries, regardless of the type of initiative or the specific entity making it available. Citizens can access initiatives and value-added services provided by the State or a public authority at the very moment they purchase a good or service, simply by presenting a digital voucher or a QR code to identify themselves as eligible beneficiaries. Through the IO app, it is also always possible to check the validity of an initiative, view transactions that have benefited from a contribution, or verify the remaining balance of a bonus, directly from a smartphone.

FOR THE COUNTRY
PARI enables public entities to implement programs for the provision of credits or reimbursements to citizens in a standardized, efficient, and timely manner. Thanks to data exchange through the PDND, the platform allows for a significant reduction in the time required for the application review process. For entities, this results in reduced and predictable costs, as well as the ability to launch multiple initiatives in parallel while ensuring fixed activation timelines. The system also provides real-time monitoring of disbursed funds, ensuring full control over expenditure.
